You may cancel your insurance policy at any time by contacting Smart Insurance Hub. You can request a cancellation by:
If you cancel your insurance policy within 10 business days of the policy start date and no claims have been made, you are entitled to a full refund of any premium paid. This is your statutory cooling-off period under Canadian insurance regulations.
If you cancel your policy after the 10-day cooling-off period, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your premium, calculated from the date of cancellation to the end of your policy term, subject to the following conditions:

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
If you cancel one policy within a bundle package, the remaining policies will continue at their standard individual rates. Any bundle discount applied will be recalculated, and the difference may be deducted from your refund amount.
If you paid your premium annually and cancel mid-term, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining months. If you pay monthly, your coverage will end at the close of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.
